Dinner at Noisette - Tuesday, November 12th - 6 PM

Join us on Tuesday, November 12th, for a seven-course dinner at Noisette, where Chefs David Arnold and Cheney Meir will present a crafted seasonal menu. The evening will begin with a short cocktail hour, offering guests the chance to mingle and enjoy curated drinks before dinner is served. Each course will highlight the finest local ingredients, with dishes designed to celebrate the flavors of Colorado. Paired with selected wines and drinks, the evening promises an unforgettable dining experience. Guests will be seated together to foster a shared, communal atmosphere, encouraging conversation and connection. Expect beautifully plated, family-style dishes that reflect the bounty of Colorado. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

Pricing is $125 per person, which includes gratuity for the team. Alcohol pairings will be available for purchase at the dinner.

Cocktail Hour starts at 5:30 PM with dinner starting promptly at 6 PM. Please note that due to the nature of the service, guests arriving after 6 p.m. may be difficult to accommodate.

About the Chefs:

David and Cheney met as sous chefs at Uchi in Denver, Colorado. United by their shared passion for sustainable cuisine, they began collaborating on dinners that highlight the richness of Colorado's local food. Their mission is to celebrate the abundant produce Colorado offers through communal dining experiences that support the local farms cultivating these ingredients.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

The meal has the option to be made vegetarian. We will do our best to accommodate most other dietary restrictions. Please send us an email at freehandprovisions@gmail.com prior to purchasing tickets to ensure we can accommodate.

What is your ticket refund policy?

Refunds for tickets will be accepted up to 48 hours before the event. This gives us time to adjust products purchased for the event and equipment. Refunds a 48 hours before will be in full minus credit card processing fees.
